An organization's mission statement is a succinct statement that expresses why the organization exists.MinistryPreneurs’ mission is to help churches equip entrepreneurs to steward their business as a ministry.This is important because recent research from Barna Group shows that nearly 20% of church goers are entrepreneurially minded but less than 1% are being discipled in their work (pastorsandentrepreneurs.org).
Our What
An organization's vision statement is a forward-looking statement that describes what the misssion's success would look like.MinistryPreneurs' vision of what successfully achieving our mission would look like is flourishing communities, as Christians live out the Gospel in their businesses.We believe this because entrepreneurs create jobs, lift people from poverty, and have one of the greatest platforms for sharing the love of Jesus to help redeem a broken world. What if most of the Christian entrepreneurs in a community were running their business as a ministry to advance the Gospel in the marketplace?
Our Values
An organization's core values are a list of the essential values that guide the organization and its culture.MinistryPreneurs’ values are rooted in three Bible verses:1st We believe that our primary focus should always be to seek first the Kingdom of God as described in Matthew 6 (Matthew 6:33).
2nd We believe that we have been commanded to proclaim the Gospel (Mark 16:15).
3rd We believe that we are also commanded to make disciples (Matthew 28:19).
WHAT WE DO
Our Service
The Barna Group research previously referenced also shows that most churches, and in particular pastors, recognize the need to equip their entrepreneurs to steward faith‑based businesses. This same research also shows that most churches and pastors do not feel they have the knowledge or experience to equip their entrepreneurs (pastorsandentrepreneurs.org).MinistryPreneurs helps bridge this gap by providing a complete solution for churches seeking to equip their entrepreneurs to steward their business as a ministry. We provide a simple system that helps churches establish and facilitate small groups that are focused on equipping entrepreneurs to steward their business as a ministry. We have over ten years of experience facilitating such groups and use best practice methods, resources, and skills.
Our Cost
MinistryPreneurs is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that uses a George Müller business model. We do not charge for our service, and we do not solicit donations. We believe God will provide all that is necessary to do all that He asks. While we do not solicit donations, we do accept donations as the primary avenue for God to funnel resources to support the ministry. If led to give, let God put the amount on your heart. We want all who are called by God to do business as a ministry to be able to participate.
OUR FOUNDERS
Bob Shallow
Bob was blessed with a unique 28-year corporate career that touched most aspects of business leadership. He also spent nearly ten years equipping Christian business owners to build great businesses for a greater purpose as owner and Principal Chair of C12 Northeast Florida. Bob is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Liberty University pursuing his doctorate in Organization and Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. Sandy is a teacher at heart and has taught in many capacities for more than 30 years. She has a master’s degree in teaching, a bachelor’s in psychology and an endorsement in gifted education. She loves helping her students achieve their potential and thrive in purpose.

STATEMENT OF FAITH
MinistryPreneurs is a Christian ministry organization. The following Statement of Faith expresses the biblical convictions that guide our mission, leadership, programs, and operations.1. The Bible: We believe the Bible, consisting of the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testament, is the inspired, God-breathed, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final rule for faith, doctrine, and Christian conduct.2. The Trinity: We believe there is one true and living God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are one God, equal in divine essence, power, and glory.3. Jesus Christ: We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. We believe He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross as the atoning sacrifice for sin, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return in power and glory.4. The Holy Spirit: We believe the Holy Spirit is God, the third Person of the Trinity. He convicts of sin, regenerates those who repent and believe in Jesus Christ, indwells believers, sanctifies them, guides them into truth, and empowers them for holy living and faithful service.5. Baptism: We believe Christian baptism is an ordinance instituted by the Lord Jesus Christ. It is a public testimony of faith in Christ and signifies identification with Him in His death, burial, and resurrection.6. Resurrection: We believe in the bodily resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the future resurrection of all people. Those who are in Christ will be raised to everlasting life, and those who reject Him to judgment.7. Spiritual Unity of Believers: We believe all who have trusted in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior are united by the Holy Spirit into one body, the Church. We therefore affirm the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ and are called to walk in love, truth, holiness, and mutual service.As a ministry, we seek to conduct all matters in a manner consistent with Holy Scripture, the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and the glory of God. These convictions compel us to love our neighbors, serve with excellence, and bear witness to Christ in all we do.
